Explore The Llŷn Peninsula
Located close to some of North Wales' best beaches and attractions, Bryn Llan Campsite provides an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.
This lovely little Llŷn Peninsula campsite is only a couple of miles from Porthor, also known as Whistling Sands. This long stretch of beautiful beach is considered by the owners of Bryn Llan to be one of the finest beaches anywhere on the peninsula.
The beach takes its famous name from the distinctive whistling or squeaking sound made by the sand particles when they are walked upon.
There are spectacular views from the campsite and, on a clear day, you may even be able to see all the way across the Irish Sea towards Ireland.
From surfing, kayaking and boat trips to peaceful islands, traditional fish and chips, golfing and shopping, there is something for everybody to enjoy during a stay on the Llŷn Peninsula.
Travelling with children? The surrounding area also offers family attractions, fun parks and go-kart centres. When it is time to eat, you will find a selection of fantastic restaurants, cafés and traditional pubs nearby.
